This drives a strong work ethic and you do feel like your working with some of the best in the business and doing your own best work *The company is in the middle of significant growth and entering new markets which makes it an exciting and dynamic place to work regardless of role *The product is one of the best in its space which means customers love working with the tool. This is great for customer facing teams as they get to focus on what customers are trying to achieve, not whats broken *Salary, benefits etc. are all top-end for the industry/roles *The company has a very strong customer centric culture. After over a decade in tech, Gravitee has the strongest customer culture I have seen by a significant margin and this is greatly appreciated *Management, and the wider business, appear to be engaged and receptive of ideas from individual contributors which means you feel like you contribute more than just your role and drive the company in the right direction

*It is very, very busy. If you are looking for a company with the kind of trajectory of Gravitee this should be expected but the volume of work and communication that comes with the work ethic and acceleration can be daunting at times
