Pros
Gravity's workplace environment was very good, despite the horrendous upkeep of the building a facilities (power outages, water leaking, AC broken/barely working), the employees were very good. Everyone was friendly and it seems like most people enjoyed working at the company. The company is at the perfect size to have a lot of employees, yet a large number of recognizable faces.
Cons
HIPAA is often broken at this company, very little is done to secure or watch over any violations. Pointing out these violations is usually brushed off. HR is only comprised of women who were apart of the same sorority, which leads to some questionable decisions. Sales Reps seems lost, and unable to do their job without the help of other departments. Several large customer opportunities have been shut down or discontinued, despite the company being in a financially rough spot. Upon first joining the company, compensation seems fine. Later you'll learn that raises are rarely seen, or not enough to be sustainable. A few select employees (on all tiers, upper management, middle tier, entry) essentially carry the company on their back, and if they were to leave, the company would struggle to fill their position, or do the work they did. Along with that, management expects you to sell your life, and soul to them. Although never explicitly said, you are expected to be on call 24/7. I've personally been contacted on PTO, Weekends, Holidays, and specifically Christmas Day 2022 despite my position never requiring being on call.
