Pros
I genuinely believe Graydon offers a fantastic and very competitive product that is probably not done justice by the investment in marketing. Some of the senior members of staff (key account managers/former finance directors etc) have a wealth of knowledge that they are more than happy to share and are quite approachable. Along with that a lot of the general sales/ops/finance staff were a great laugh and could make work fly by- until the turnover began to increase at an alarming rate.
Cons
Despite all the positives I've just listed- there are some members of middle management and other staff that have become incredibly cliquey. This has led to an almost toxic working environment with rapidly increasing turnover in the new business, account management and business intelligence teams. It has become very obvious something is wrong when new hires are last less than 2 months and others are being promoted from profilers to account managers within their probation period whilst integral members of senior management are leaving without so much as a goodbye after 20+ years. Its an incredible shame that such a promising company will probably never become a major player in the UK market due to a culture of incompetency and general nastiness being allowed to breed and as a result a lot of promising talent has left; completely undermining the company.
