Pros
The company is good so far, no paycuts in the current situation. Office infrastructure is good n wfh is going well.
Cons
The team is kind of messed up. My team is divided into pods. The lady who is my mentor is too full of herself. She has a fake accent and thinks she's amazing. But she talks bad about everyone. The manager of the team has a soft corner for her and does everything she wants. She doesn't give constructive feedback and rejects my work if she is in a bad mood n the manager only :( I don't like working with her at all
