Pros

Work life balance. Working on a Product. quality over quantity.

Cons

Poor Management. One of them is very demoralizing and never listens to any ideas. Instead he will demoralize you saying ‘you are not a cultural fit’. because i just made a ticket for paid access so that we can implement every feature for the third party He is just ready to point out mistakes but never appericates for the improvements he or she has made. There were two tasks one had more bugs and i resolved all of them but second one hasnt even a single bug and told that your performance is very poor. I mean what the heck. I made consistenly improvments related to feedbacks and showed them as well but there was a totally lack of appericiation from both manager as well as the management side. Telling them to use new technologies for newer microservices was a total disaster. One of the Managment told me that I was telling them just to put it on resume and creating my portfolio. I mean seriously. they took out the totally negative aspect of this. Newer techonogies can be used to solve them the negative aspects of older technolgies. and Most of the freshers dont know which technology to use when he pointed out my ideas are just a fresher level If you get 15 mins late, it will be a discipline issue. I see some old ppl come late and there was no disicpinary action taken by them. btw there are no flexible timings
