Becoming Dangerous - Anonymous employee Great Circle Employee Review

Pretty much everything. The CEO, Vince, is completely unstable. He has either fired or persecuted-into-quitting, every leadership person in STL residential. There are now literally no managers between him and the front-line supervisors (no managers, directors, or VPs). Vince is trying to run everything himself. They even refused to hospitalize a kid who needed to be there, because Vince didn't want to pay overtime for a staff to sit in the ER. He also admitted a kid with cancer to a completely unstable cottage, because he personally felt we should help that kid, even though it is dangerous.
