I’ve been with Great Learning in Acad Ops for more than 2 years, and it has been a fantastic journey. The biggest highlights for me are the people and the culture. My team lead and colleagues are always ready to help and support. My role allows me to interact with learners daily, which not only helps them but also pushes me to explore new perspectives and continuously learn. Management is highly transparent, and I appreciate the monthly town halls where leadership shares updates and future visions. The hybrid work setup and an empathetic manager ensure that I never have to compromise on my work-life balance.

Inter-departmental collaboration and communication can sometimes experience minor delays, which is a common byproduct of a scaling company.
