Pros
I think the only pro to working there would be the odd perk of seeing films pre release but this wasn't often. Other than that there wasn't really much else to jump for joy about
Cons
Firstly, there's is no training available on how to use the systems. When you ask for help you're told to figure it out for yourself and since there's no training there's no room for development and progress which I imagine is why they have such a high turn over of staff. I was constantly told that everyone was too busy to help with anything because it's a small company which is a pathetic excuse, there are only a handful of staff who have been in the business longer than 2 years. I would say that not a single manager in the company actually wants to be a manager and I doubt they've ever been given any training because the management is absolutely shocking, no support, no regard for the wellbeing of employees which I experienced first hand and was treated like I was an idiot and told I had no common sense due to a health issue. They don't care about how you do the work they just want it done and if you don't know how to do something then it's your fault according to them. There's no HR department so if you have an issue with senior management then you have absolutely no one to go to for support which is shocking for a company in this day and age.
