Please keep in mind, there are service requirements for the sales contract that have been established based on the success of our IBOs and program. If you are finding difficulties in meeting any of your service requirements, we encourage your business to reach out to your assigned Performance Advisor for one-on-one weekly enhancement sessions to help you achieve and exceed your expectations!
In addition to your assigned PA, we have a network of PA's available for assistance at all times. Currently, if a PA is not available due to an enhancement or meeting, their "chat" will go on "unavailable" status. The great news is we have a new GVW Chat Tool coming soon that will dedicate a PA to your program via chat your entire interval should you need immediate assistance on a call or with a customer account. As always, should your business need any further assistance or a one-on-one enhancement session, please reach out to your assigned PA and they will be happy to assist your business further.
