horrible pay, promise of advancement but no real opportunities, bad culture- a lot of very dissatisfied workers, everyone looking for new jobs. VERY overbearing and inappropriate owner who doesn't trust employees with the smallest tasks- annoying and inconvenient. VERY high employee turnaround.
