The people I work with are the best! Most people I work with are nice and fun. What I like about this company is you do not have a boss hounding over you at all times, you have the ability to work on your own. I have learned so much while working here, yes with this job its is "learn as you go" but for me, that is the best way to learn. My pay is decent and there IS room for growth IF you work hard and come to work ON TIME! They are very flexible if you need a day off or you are sick and need to make up your time.

There is no real handbook so there are many questions that get unanswered. It is hard to get an appointment to talk to the partners for issues/concerns as they are really busy. I also think they should pay staff more overall especially those who are at lower positions, the job the do may seem easy but we need to keep people here so starting off pay needs to go up so that we can be competitive.
