Pros

The Job Coaches are aware if you strongly dislike a job.

Cons

The factory is extremely hot, with the jobs in it being very monotonous. Detagging shirts are not fun, and the Sample Packs they have you do seem like they are for fictional companies, and they get put on a shelf, never to be used again. The hallway near the bathrooms smells putrid, and in the cafeteria, all the microwaves are always taken by other employees right when you're about to use them. What you could be doing one day is entirely up to the whim of the job coaches. You could either be in the nice, air conditioned office, or stuck doing mundane factory jobs in the heat. It also doesn't feel like this is anyone's actual job, everyone just feels like a hire that comes for the day and then leaves a few hours later. There are also no clocks in any room, so if you don't have a watch of any kind you will have no idea what time it is, and the cafeteria lacks paper plates and utensils.

Pros

Cons

unfair pay and advancement opportunities. Hopefully, it already changed with new supervisors and managers.

Pros

You learn the apparel industry if you pay attention, but that's about it for pros. Everything else is a con

Cons

Almost everything. The politics, the sexism, racism, nepotism, etc. no structure, no IT dept, no SOPs given to follow. The company is very unorganized, and people's personal conflicts always factor into delegations. Overpaying under achievers and underpaying over achievers here is the main song that's sung.
