      Lots of hours, decent pay! 10-15 stops a day! Good coworkers, good managers!

      Different expectations depending on Field manager About how much chem to have/use at houses how to spray properly etc!

      Pros

      This company is always about quality and taking care of their people. There's a lot of room for growth and I appreciate the owner always looking out for the employees. Love this company!

      we get to go on a cruise to the Bahamas if we hit our goals. LOL

      They offer remote positions and some weekends off

      Cons

      Pay is not sustainable, 9hr workdays but no more than 40hrs a week (no over-time allowed), semi-monthly pay, no sufficient training or coaching
