Pros

Insurance was really good, company took on most of the premiums

Cons

Good old boys club, if you aren't friends with the GM, or from his home state, you probably aren't getting, A.) hired, B.) promoted, or C.) a good raise or bonus! The safety is a joke, there are constant "tests" on safety procedures, but if those same procedures get in the way of getting something done quickly then its ok to over look doing what you just took a test on! Half the safety checks don't get done on eye washes, or emergency showers when they should be. They do get marked off but I hardly ever saw them ACTUALLY being checked! They have shutdowns every 6-7 months, until the last few years people would constantly be there 14+ hours! Favoritism should be the company motto, unless you kiss *$$ constantly you aren't getting ahead! The employee reviews, raises, and bonuses were supposed to be yearly, but it went from yearly in January, to then getting them in February, March, April, May, when I left we hadn't had a freaking raise for one year and 3 months! Last I heard recent bonuses were based on some stupid test that was come up with by the GM! Seriously I'd rather work at McDonald's then ever step foot back in the place
