I enjoyed the schedule and pay rate for the job title consistent work

-Fair pay based on experience and effort put into work -Good Insurance/benefits (the people who complain about cost obviously never paid for insurance before) -Overall easy work, nothing done or asked of you is difficult. -Company likes to promote from within more often than not which is nice -Standard M-F hours, weekends off, paid holidays, PTO isn't the best but it isn't the worst. Point system in place which is pretty typical. -Diverse crowd, friendly to Spanish speakers and foreigners. -Wide variety of positions from techs to basic labor.

-The warehouse gets super hot in the summer and super cold in the winter. If you are expecting in doors like A/C controlled environment this is not for you. Prepare accordingly some employees have had poor hygiene. -The owners and HR like to hide behind closed doors since moving to a new location, having formerly had an "open door" policy and offices that were accessible to every employee at any time are now locked behind closed and locked doors. You have to page HR or anyone for issues now. This is the very worst thing they have ever done as a company in my many years. Worst part about the job. New place is big and nice but they took a HUGE step back now that everyone gets to hide in their nice new offices behind a "doorbell". -Floor managers and HR have changed with the seasons in my years there, it doesn't smell good when you're being annually performance reviewed by your new manager who just got in his spot a week ago, or the last HR lady that did nothing but make popcorn everyone could smell and watch netflix in her office.
