Pros

Benefits are second to none, culture is outstanding, teammates are invaluable. This is the top place to work in Iowa- a place where your creativity is allowed to flourish and you are encouraged to take risks.

Cons

As the cooperative grows (it is now the largest credit union in Iowa in terms of asset size) the family feel may lessen somewhat from what more tenured employees grew accustomed to.

They pay well and the benefits of insurance are good

Cons

They lie. They say you can do overtime in the posting you can’t. No one ever talks bad about the company it’s really weird. Their system is terrible you have to type ck on the keyboard to accept a check. Mouses exist ya know. No I am not good in the finance world but this place is awful. Also don’t believe their flexible time off even if they let you take a day they’ll make you feel bad for it there was one woman who had surgery it went bad and had to take two weeks off and only got paid for one what the hell? Pay for the next one . They have you work 6 days a week but less than 40 hours. Don’t do it.
