The employees are straight commission so why would they have the customers best interest in negotiating lease terms? They do not travel to the area in which they claim would be the best possible location to open your business, statistics are only a best guess. Anyone that has taken even a high school level stats class knows that stats can be tweaked to look anyway the person with an agenda wants them to look. The information provided by this group can be found in a variety of places for a lot less cost.
