Pros
My experience with GT has been good. The people and overseeing attorneys have all been great. The company itself is pretty average and experience many of the pros and cons that large company normally does. They adhere to your normal schedule and do not expect you to work overtime as an hourly employee excluding extenuating circumstances.
Cons
Pay for this position type comparable to other firms is below the average. No upward mobility in this field unless you want to move up to a Case Manager, at which point you are salaried and expected to work a lot of overtime.
