Pros

Green Bits is well positioned to be a great company. We're starting to really execute on a lot of projects, and we've actually finished up a few long standing product upgrades that we've been working on for years. The recent funding that we closed will help us achieve even more. The teams here are pretty well synced (even with COVID) and we're seeing a lot of the positive effects of a new management team. Caring for our customers has been more challenging with a smaller team, but we've been able to continue to even improve NPS and other key company metrics, which is no small feat. Lastly, this is dual sided, but we've been able to shed a lot of old habits pretty quickly because of what happened. A lot of the reviews here key in on our leaderships lack of decisiveness and ineffectiveness, and I think it's safe to say that's the old Green Bits. We're not perfect now, but given the changes in leadership, we're doing way better than we used to be.

Cons

The reduction in force that we went through hit morale hard. We saw a lot of our friends and coworkers leave and turn salty to people that still work here even though they had nothing to do with any decisions to let people go. It's been disappointing and tough to see people who you thought were your friend treat you let out their anger and frustration very personally.
