Pros
Greencap is in the middle of an exciting period of change, meaning my team is driving some great initiatives to future-proof the HR function and broader Greencap business. My role is super-varied and there's never a dull moment! I can put my hand up to take the lead on projects and my manager enables me, offering the support I need to be capable to take the lead on projects that might be new to me. Very engaging!
Cons
We are embarking on change because there are some out-of-date things that need to change. This includes some of our systems and processes and it can be a bit frustrating to need to work with old systems, but we have been shown the 'promised land' in how our systems ecosystem will work, eventually. Patience, perhaps, is not my strength! I look forward to migrating away from our legacy technology.
