Building gets very hot and there are not many windows

Good, direct, diverse experience with clients & courtroom. Helpful team. Good benefits.

On-call crisis rotation. Minimal autonomy. Old-school paper documentation is tedious. Tried to force schedule change (increased hours with no pay raise). No promotion opportunities. Very low pay.
