      Good pay, good amount of vacation and easy to use

      Cons

      You will never move positions to another facility or shift. They do nothing but insider trading for positions.

      Pros

      Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

      Cons

      If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.
