Pros
Every voice seems to be heard. Sales People have strong salaries. Company Vehicle. No micro-management as long as you do your job. Home office for sales. You can have a conversation with anyone in upper management without any fear. Great development program if you're right out of college
Cons
Commission structure is really weak. It does not reflect the size of the territory nor the efforts that went into it. The hours can be long, because sometimes you have to work on weekends, in the evenings, or not see your family for a few days.
