      Pros

      This company has given me an experience unlike any other. They really push the team dynamic and it works! I really enjoy the people I work with, and knowing you are part of a bigger picture is super motivating.

      Cons

      My commute isn't too far, distance wise, but the traffic is pretty miserable. That's LA though. Not sure how the company would be able to fix traffic for an entire city. Can't think of much else...
