All the seniors are very cooperative, understanding and helpful also having vast knowledge in their fields. 3. 6 monthly appraisals to reward employees. 4. A lot of opportunities for a quick learner and got so many new things to learn as a fresher. 5. Good connectivity with prominent clients 6. Endless Client interactions

      The company’s culture is highly toxic and lacks professionalism. There is no concept of work-life balance, with employees expected to work beyond reasonable hours. Micromanagement is rampant, creating a stressful and demotivating environment. Salary and benefits are not paid proactively—you have to constantly chase management.Overall, the organization shows little regard for employee well-being or fair practices, making it an unhealthy place to work.
