The company’s culture is highly toxic and lacks professionalism. There is no concept of work-life balance, with employees expected to work beyond reasonable hours. Micromanagement is rampant, creating a stressful and demotivating environment. Salary and benefits are not paid proactively—you have to constantly chase management.Overall, the organization shows little regard for employee well-being or fair practices, making it an unhealthy place to work.

Since I was a part of GreenThumbs Team ,I being an intern learned a lot about professionalism and dedication towards my work. Working with the Marketing Team and my mentor Vishnu Sir,who taught me to be patient in whatever work i do, he himself being very goal oriented. GreenThumbs was a whole new world for me and i was comforted in all aspects also, I got a lot of knowledge about psychometric assessments , surveys etc .The whole team was very kind and would love to work with them again! Kudos to the GreenThumbs Team!

My experience was amazing just the working hours were little burdensome for a intern . But you ca always manage that with a warming faculty.
