We are sorry you felt this way. Our employees are always our top priority, that being the reason why we didn't let go of anyone when the project failed during the pandemic. Unfortunately, we didn't have another big project waiting in line, so we had to take some smaller, different projects for a while in order to support all the team, not release anyone and not cut the salaries.
Yes, we did offer the possibility to accommodate with other projects and/or technologies and we also supported anyone who decided to leave for their specific career path with everything we could including recommendations and flexibility from our part.
