      Pros

      - great working environment ('feel good' atmosphere, team-player attitude, easy to interact to colleagues) - transparency in communication between hierarchical layers - opportunity to work on fast-growing, well-founded start-up projects from the early stages of development - opportunity to gain experience with a diversity of technologies (usually we use the latest stable technologies on the market) - trust & ownership on each track - lots of experienced colleagues to learn from

      Cons

      - more interest in developing employees soft skills (which in most cases are more valuable that hard skills)

      Pros

      Met some of the friendliest developers there, had a good social experience.

      Cons

      Not very many opportunities to grow in your field ( there aren't many learning opportunities), you can be moved on a very different technology at any time. Also the employee is not of a great value, the client is always a priority. Your issues are not taken seriously and you can often feel like you are not heard.

      We are sorry you felt this way. Our employees are always our top priority, that being the reason why we didn't let go of anyone when the project failed during the pandemic. Unfortunately, we didn't have another big project waiting in line, so we had to take some smaller, different projects for a while in order to support all the team, not release anyone and not cut the salaries. Yes, we did offer the possibility to accommodate with other projects and/or technologies and we also supported anyone who decided to leave for their specific career path with everything we could including recommendations and flexibility from our part.
