As a former employee at GreyAtom, I have experienced one of the most painful periods of my life here. The culture at GreyAtom doesn't promote open thinking, defeats your confidence and importantly MAKES YOU INSECURE. The company has FIRED EMPLOYEES for no logical reasons and did it without any prior notice and compensation. I have seen People fighting and crying as they left the office. The Managment has no interest in dealing with employee's problems and what makes it worse is that they make you do the same work over and over again as per their orders. When the work finally reaches its termination stage, they keep it aside and give you some new work (leave the previous work hanging in the air). There is no Clarity, no Vision, no sense of Responsibility towards the employees. They never respect any inputs from the colleagues, misuse their trust and make them do random things (not in their profile or skill sets). I have also seen a lot of seniors leave this company as management never cared about them, their roles and their contributions to the company. GreyAtom believes in micromanagement style and if you work against their style, You are thrown out,
