Pros
The benefits are outstanding, the pay and bonuses are outstanding. A lot of events for employees, trade shows, events for teamwork, etc.
Cons
They do not train their managers, thereby creating rogue managers. Manager for Waterfield Court admitted she can't talk to people and/or confront people--!!! THE MANAGER!! She lied to 2 managers and scapegoated me telling mgmt. I did not do my job! You SHOULD NEVER WORK FOR SOMEONE WHO IS AFRAID TO DO HER JOB!! I got on the internet on slow times---she snuck into my office and searched my internet history, then proceeded to yell at me with the door open, saying all the employees already knew what was going on!!! No secrets with anyone! This is a manager who called another former employee a "piece of crap" on public social media!! Facebook!! Professional managers DO NOT DO THIS!!! Greystar is buying up too many properties and training must've gone away!!! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS PROPERTY! When you have a manager who cannot communicate, then something is not communicated to you and then you're written up!!! And this woman just was chosen for a Mentor!!! My God Greystar!!!!
