Pros

Great salary and benefits Promotion opportunities

Cons

Everyone thinks they want to work for Greystar. I did. I got a rude awakening when I joined the team because seriously, you're overworked by the reporting, never ending audits, daily tasks and endless meetings that is hard to pay attention to because you are too busy and distracted. It's honestly hard to give good customer service and they always want us to do better. Vacation time is great, but you're scared to use it because you just know what you'll come back to and you come back overwhelmed. It's honestly the hardest PM company I've worked for. Getting support is hard. Regionals are also overworked, help desk is slow. God forbid you have a printer issue because they won't come help you with a serious jam or anything that needs hands on help.

Pros

-Great networking opportunities. -Good IT support. -Great benifits. -Great employee housing discount and housing opportunities. -Commissions will make your paycheck worth it.

Cons

-Management is broad and impersonal. You may feel like a number. -Your workload can be a lot at times. if you work well under pressure, you'd succeed here. -The leasing season is not year round meaning you will have slow months and you will have good ones. Save in the good months to get through the slow ones. -High turnover. Resilience will get you far. -It's rare that you get your weekends at a company like this.
