Pros

Experience on a variety of machines. Honestly that's it, there's more cons then pros.

Cons

I am FAR from a disgruntled employee. But the company is horribly managed. Also they have NO AC, so in the summer it reaches 120+ degreees, this summer so far there been 2 people taken out in ambulances for heat exhaustuon. They don't have mandatory overtime, however they offer it every day of the year and it's "recommended". Or in other words, come review and raise time if you don't work weekends it's held against you. Most of the upper manufacturing management don't know much about the products produced, or the machines. If you complain about them to upper management you will have retaliation brought against you as well. They low ball younger men in hopes they will accept, even if you have experience the highest they will offer is $14 an hour unless you counter the offer, so if you decide to be a machine operator there make sure you tell them you want $17, and they will settle for $15ish. When you want to leave of course give them professional courtesy and give them your 2 weeks. They will likely accept if you bust your butt working but then will belittle and talk to you in a condescending manner. They don't really appreciate or award their employees for going above and beyond on their work either. As far as quality, they will let failed parts pass in hopes their customers (mainly automotive airbag and brake system suppliers) won't test the parts first. In 2016 they had 14 recalls for faulty airbag components already. Long story short is: Bad pay Terrible benefits Management is not trained properly Nor the new machine operators Disrespectful and unappreciative to hard workers Overwork the employees without a thought Upper office management has no idea Facility management turns their head to quality and only care about numbers.

Pros

I’ve only been here for two weeks but this is what I like best about the job: -Great pay -The clock in and out system -How fellow coworkers are will to help/teach -There are big fans placed around so it’s not too hot -The vending machines are great -The communication is really good -The option of taking a 20 min break

Cons

-It’s really hot on the shop floor -Even when I’m just waiting for the machine to be done I can’t read or do anything -It’s really loud and hard to hear other workers

Pros

Most of the top management are polite.

Cons

If you're not liked by a few chosen few , You will find it difficult to maintain a harmonious atmosphere. The constant talking behind one's back and the gossip is toxic. The turnover in staff Is concerning then not feeling secure about your position and that you could be let go at any time.
