Pros
I started off believing in what I was told at my interview which was I would be trained and paid a certain salary based on my previous experience. Neither has occurred.
Cons
Management misleads the employees by promising things that aren't delivered, Safety is always talked about but not a top priority for the company based on lack of training and lack of proper tools to do the job. Your always given excuses when you ask about anything pertaining to the job. You also are not given necessary medical help when injured in the job instead management tries to put off reporting your injuries to corporate. I could never recommend anyone to this job without proper changes being made.
