Welcoming team, but communication struggles with management - Training and Operations Specialist Griffis/Blessing Employee Review

I think working for the company is great. Everyone is nice and tries to help out one another. My senior staff is amazing and I appreciate them all so much!

Nothing really everyone works together as a team and tries to meet the company goal.

I was a housekeeper at Creekside at Palmer park for almost 9 years. I was very satisfied there and I really liked my co-workers. Everything remained the same since I started there. There was no changes until 4 months ago, since we got the new regional manager.

Everything was going good up until 4 months ago when we got a new regional manager. When we got the new regional manager, I had seen her multiple times and she never took time out of her day to say hi or to ask how I was or how my day was going. She would avoid me. She did not care how I felt. They started to do changes saying they were the owners of the property out of no where. They didn’t want me to have extra help with my work. They wanted me to work in the difficult apartments and wanted to get someone else to do the easy work like cleaning the club house. They made a lot of changes from one day to another and I believe that’s not correct. I was not happy with these changes and how they treated me which was the reason I got out. I wish I would’ve worked many more years but with them as management I can’t.
