Pros
The Grifols family is wonderful, their leaders in the U.S.,not so much. Although the focus on work/ life balance is great. Good values there at least.
Cons
You will only do well if you never stand up for what is right, slide things under the rug and say yes to everything your manager asks you to do. Such a model is set from the U.S. CEO on down.
