Pros

They pay for all your travel expenses, but honestly that should be standard. They are very diversity positive.

Cons

When you first get hired on they have a lawyer tell you right off the bat that they are "at will" employment and you can be fired on any given day without explanation or recourse. You have no home life, at any given moment you can be called to travel anywhere in the USA and Canada at the drop of a dime. Most weeks are spent fixing machines and staying in hotels. you are paid hourly, but often forced to work overtime then constantly reminded they want us to reduce our overtime hours. You have zero home life. constantly on call for the weekends. constantly experience work delays because other people in the company dont know what they are doing and cant ship parts or manage inventories. Grifols as a whole used Covid as an excuse to not give pay raises then in the same year boasted about how it is constantly growing and buying out other competitors. Staff are underpaid for the amount of work performed and personal life sacrificed.
