Management and Supervisors are brutal - Operations Grifols Employee Review

The management of this company in particular the Packaging department is absolutely hurrendous! Good people keep the place alive but the supervisors and management have absolutely no idea how to speak to people nevermind manage the department. It's a shame because the site and the majority of people are hard working good people.
