Okay'ish salary if you're on management's good side.

Management is 'winging it' and 'faking it till they make it' - they really dont have a clue what they are doing. Management is self-serving and does not have employees interest at heart. Violent and aggressive language used by managers to communicate with employees - usually directed at people of colour in Mauritius. Dont dare to challenge them or share a different opinion - they will hate you for it. My honest opinion - Run! Dont apply to work there no matter how inviting. Save yourself and your mental well-being.
