      The best things are the people! Fun coworkers for the most part!

      There is definitely poor management Lack of communication Doesn’t work with employees, works around them Lower pay, barely above minimum wage

      Pros

      Nearby, always had mandated breaks. Had a close friend death occur and recieved immediate time off and support from one manager.

      Cons

      Very little training given, minor mistakes at other companies equal write-ups here, inefficient retraining, and 2/3rds of upper management ignoring me and acting immature for my final week because I quit
