      Pros

      the people you work with are amazing and come from a diverse background. even since leaving I still stay in contact with many of them to this day

      Cons

      management/ current ownership is terrible communication isn't there at all. you get told to do a set task a certain way then you get talked to about doing the way you were told. the ownership people themselves are awesome individuals but one in particular should not be a owner and doesn't have very good leadership skills.

      Employee will get good snacks

      1.Poor BT leadership management - Toxic environment ,IT leadership members lacking key skills ( technical and leadership) 2.Employees demotivated or moral impacted on frequent leadership and internal changes 3. Business not value IT resources and work as team 4.HR needs to act independently without IT leadership influence while taking any kind of decisions 5. No work life balance 6. No motivation for hard working employees 7. No employee orientation or inclusion approach .
