      Operators are resilient and amazing!

      Cons

      It is the most hostile work environment I have ever experienced. Lots of bullying, retaliation, and middle school level drama.

      Pros

      Nearby, always had mandated breaks. Had a close friend death occur and recieved immediate time off and support from one manager.

      Cons

      Very little training given, minor mistakes at other companies equal write-ups here, inefficient retraining, and 2/3rds of upper management ignoring me and acting immature for my final week because I quit
