Pros

The management. They really want you to succeed from a business standpoint, and a personal standpoint, from the the owner, to the VPs, all the way down to my co-workers. Freedom (this can be detrimental if you are not self motivated and need to be micro managed.) Groove trusts there employees to work hard and get results with out having someone over your shoulder ever second of the day. I have had more success here then anywhere I have worked and I contribute that to the trust and tools that Groove gives there employees . Culture. Like my title says, Groove hands down, has the best people to work with, everyone has an understanding that if we all do our part that we can grow as a company and create life long relationships with our customers and our co-workers. I never thought at this point in my life I would be making life long friends at work.

Cons

To be frank, there are not any cons I can think of. If you do your job and care about doing a quality job there is no issues.

Pros

My favorite thing about Groove is the people! The owner cares about the employee and he makes every effort to show that.

Cons

Instead of accruing paid time off, just have time from the get go.

Pros

Pros: Great place to gain field experience and build your career. Employees also receive $250 in Motivosity bucks for customer 5-star reviews that mention them by name.

Cons

Cons: Technician concerns are brushed off, overtime issues are common, and finishing work early doesn’t mean you can leave without CFO approval. Leadership joked in company meetings about sending underperforming sales staff to work as technicians, and AI-edited photos of technicians dressed as women were shared and mocked publicly in Slack and quarterly meetings.
