Pros

Teamwork makes the dream work! I have been able to talk to anyone on any level to get the proper information pertaining to my job and how I can help either improve or create processes to streamline workflow and support in and out of the company. Being treated as an asset and not a number has proven to me why Groove is such a good company to work for. I didn't believe it 'til I was here that they mean what they say, have a good attitude towards successes and even failures, and they will work on how to make the best outcome happen with everyone on board. Culture - I have yet to be with a company that has put so much into creating a great culture of people and practices to include the whole company on events and trainings. The HR team has done wonders on integrating aspects of what makes a company culture great and thrive in the tech space. Very impressed with what they have offered in terms of training, events, care, and hospitality towards each and every person.

Cons

None, haven't seen anything that would make me second guess switching from where I was to where I'm at.

Pros

My favorite thing about Groove is the people! The owner cares about the employee and he makes every effort to show that.

Cons

Instead of accruing paid time off, just have time from the get go.

Pros

Pros: Great place to gain field experience and build your career. Employees also receive $250 in Motivosity bucks for customer 5-star reviews that mention them by name.

Cons

Cons: Technician concerns are brushed off, overtime issues are common, and finishing work early doesn’t mean you can leave without CFO approval. Leadership joked in company meetings about sending underperforming sales staff to work as technicians, and AI-edited photos of technicians dressed as women were shared and mocked publicly in Slack and quarterly meetings.
