I have been able to talk to anyone on any level to get the proper information pertaining to my job and how I can help either improve or create processes to streamline workflow and support in and out of the company. Being treated as an asset and not a number has proven to me why Groove is such a good company to work for. I didn't believe it 'til I was here that they mean what they say, have a good attitude towards successes and even failures, and they will work on how to make the best outcome happen with everyone on board. Culture - I have yet to be with a company that has put so much into creating a great culture of people and practices to include the whole company on events and trainings. The HR team has done wonders on integrating aspects of what makes a company culture great and thrive in the tech space. Very impressed with what they have offered in terms of training, events, care, and hospitality towards each and every person.
