Really flexible with time off, reliable pay bumps once a year with good reviews
Cons
The environment is absolutely toxic - racist, sexist, and harassing behavior is the norm. I am stunned they haven’t faced a lawsuit yet. Holidays are unpaid and they toe the line of legality with how many hours they have you work. The pay starts off low, but there is room to grow if you know who to play nice with.
