Its not hard to learn the ropes, and as long as you’re good with people you’ll succeed.
Cons
Management cannot decide on a structure of how to run things, leaving the people on the ground without proper help 70% of the time. Micromanagement over things that don’t need to be, while not helping with pressing property concerns. Things often take weeks or more realistically, months to get approved/scheduled/done on sites. Extremely clique-y, people spend a lot of time gossiping and it can become very frustrating, very quickly. Low chance for movement in the company, if you are full time you have to work a year to recieve your full benefits, If you are part time you recieve nothing and for the most part are invisible. HR is unresponsive and usually takes the side of the person in the higher position.
