Pros
Really exciting company to be a part of, really experienced leadership, relative autonomy to think for yourself and problem solve, growing industry, and a very strong product with great metrics.
Cons
Some of the company's success depends on the stability of very unstable B2G software, which customers are mandated to use. Sometimes we'll have customers get upset with us before realizing that it's not our platform that is causing them issues, but the one(s) we have to report out to.
