Pros
The company gives plenty of autonomy to its members, pretty much pointing the direction and letting others define how to get there. Management is based on outputs instead of inputs and they are constantly testing and iterating (for every.single.area). The growth methodology of constant experimentation is not limited to the growth team but to all members - who are constantly incentivized to suggest ideas, tests, experiments. Oh, and there are no offices and employees are based all around the globe - which makes the internal communication channel super fun.
Cons
The company is on the 'scaling up stage', which is both good and bad. Bad because resources are limited, good because founders can control the direction of the company, product, teams and make super-fast decisions (covid precautions were taken before any government requirement)
