      High politics, No growth, Blaming culture, poor management, Pure lala company trying to squeeze every drop of your blood. Just encashing on locational benifit.

      - colleagues are helpful and approachable - local leaders are open to new ideas and changes - remote teams and cross functions are willing to provide clarity and video trainings to get you up to speed - better than average market benefits

      - communication like org change etc may not be transparent - limited information and tight timeline given to complete projects or assignments at times
