      Like I mentioned they you help you to ruin your carrier and mental peace without any efforts.

      Cons

      I suggest Never join the organization in this life. They will make you bleed through your eyes. They will completely destroy your mental peace. They will ask you for every 1 min. You won't be able to work in this micromanagement work culture. There are people you don't want to grown at all. 8 leaves in the whole year.

      - colleagues are helpful and approachable - local leaders are open to new ideas and changes - remote teams and cross functions are willing to provide clarity and video trainings to get you up to speed - better than average market benefits

      Cons

      - communication like org change etc may not be transparent - limited information and tight timeline given to complete projects or assignments at times

      Mostly toxic people in the warehouse. Trying to bring people down for absolutely no reason. Older staff still think they can become supervisor...
