Not much to say, except ability to collect a pay check... that's if you're an employee and pretty much, that's because of labor laws. If it weren't for labor laws, I'm sure these guys will skip on paying their employees too.

Advice for anyone contemplating employment at GrubMarket - AVOID AT ALL COSTS Absolutely terrible environment to work under, management is clueless. CEO believes yelling will yield positive results. CFO struggles with the English language let alone mildly complex accounting concepts. Employees last 3-6 months, unless they absolutely don't care about the company and doing GrubMarket as a side gig anyway. The company was investigated by the SEC which tells you enough. They have an aversion to acting with integrity and credibility, they don't pay their vendors and their business partners for months sometimes years. They acquire food distributor entities around the country but instead of partnering and growing these entities, they abuse them.
