Pros
The advantages of working at Grunt Style is that its a fast growing company and because it is a smaller business you get opportunities to wear many hats and gain experience within different departments I feel that working here you also work more closely with senior leaders and there are significant opportunities to move up more quickly. The amount of positive benefits this company does for veterans is outstanding and Grunt Style is more then just awesome shirts that are bringing back patriotism which has been lost. The relaxed dress code is a plus and the CEO really cares about his employees.
Cons
With working at a fast growing business there are a lot of changes and unexpected new roles that some staff may experience. If you are not good with change then this might not be the place for you.
